Bangalore Traffic Police find out an Innovative idea to Promo 'Road Accidents'

Accidents, accidents, and more accidents. Open the paper, have a full four page full of accident news. Thousands being killed, even more injured. Why is it taken so lightly? Why is it that people can't follow the basic rules of traffic? After all, is time prioritized above your life?
I was shocked to see an accident happening at a place were I used to drive often, one of the busiest junctions you'll find in Ernakulam[Kochi]. It was the first time I think that the Traffic cams of Kerala, caught the insanity of Private Bus drivers. It seriously provoked lot of emotions in me, and the thousands who watched it on media. But the fact is, no one even bothers to think of it as time passes by. The time becomes the Healer, as always. Check out the video.

Now this happened a few months ago, I found this interesting article on ibnlive.in.com. It was interesting in the sense that the Bangalore Traffic Police has indeed put up Traffic cam videos of accidents, on Facebook and other social media. It truly creates a sense of awareness among the citizens of the country.
Additional Commissioner(Traffic) Praveen Sood says, "Videos can do what a thousand lectures can't do. We want them to know what is seen on video can happen to us. They think nothing happened from past 30 years of my driving but I say you've had innumerable misses or near misses which could have become accidents - thank god for that". And true it is.
Check out the Promo video created by the Bangalore Traffic Police, which would be played before a movie on theaters. Sood says "Videos can do what a thousand lectures can't do. We want them to know what is seen on video can happen to us. They think nothing happened from past 30 years of my driving but I say you've had innumerable misses or near misses which could have become accidents - thank god for that"
